Smith's Combination Knife & Tool Sharpener

Smith's 4 Diamond Combination Bench Stone features coarse and fine grit sharpening surfaces. These surfaces contain multiple layers of micron-sized monocrystalline diamonds and a unique sharpening surface with an overlapping oval hole design. This innovation speeds sharpening by collecting and holding the metal filings which ordinarily build up during the sharpening process. Each stone has a micro-tool sharpening pad and a sharpening groove for fish hooks or pointed tools.

Smith's 50821 dual grit combination sharpening stone are used in the same manner as a diamond or natural bench stone. It's stone material is aluminum oxide. This sharpening stone is made from a synthetic abrasive material. It is excellent for use on pocket knives sport knives tactical knives or other cutting tools. The extra-coarse side of the stone 100 grit is used for aggressive removal of metal and will sharpen a dull or damaged blade very quickly.
