The steel is quenched and tempered for added strength, and each link is individually proof-tested at 2-1/2 times the working load limit (with certification). Works with both grade 80 and grade 100 chain. Meets the ASTM A-952 grade 100 chain fitting requirements. Fatigue-rated.
