BRAID RIGGING

The 5/8” Atlas rigging line offers an MBS of 18,000 lbs but still keeps the performance and handling of the thinner-diameter ropes in the series. Like the 1/2” and 9/16”, the 5/8” version has a redesigned double-braid construction that provides a huge increase in overall strength. The new core has lowered the static elongation but still allows rope to absorb energy/impact force and can limit peak forces when catching wood in negative rigging applications.
